Upon successful payment confirmation, you will receive an email with instructions or access links to your purchased assets immediately. For domain transfers, please allow 24-48 hours for the administrative process to complete.
Refund Policy
Due to the nature of digital goods, we generally do not offer refunds once the product or service has been delivered or accessed. However, if you experience technical issues or if the service does not match the provided description, please contact our support team within 48 hours of purchase. We are committed to resolving any issues to ensure your satisfaction.
Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy
Cancellations: Orders for digital assets can only be cancelled if the delivery process has not yet initiated. Once the access keys are generated or the domain transfer has started, the order cannot be cancelled.
